    During this interactive presentation, we'll explore the savings and spending patterns of individuals across the USA, show how the "Great Recession" impacted personal savings rates, discuss today's retirement income sources, and share best practices for maximizing your 401(k) plan for your employees!

    With the increasing complexity of managing retirement plan benefits, human resource professionals are faced with challenges to provide their employees with enough information to make informed choices. This educational seminar is designed to provide human resource professionals with retirement industry trends regarding plan sponsor and participant activity for 401(k) plans, as well as insights and perspectives for managing their 401(k) benefit.

    Our speaker:

    Tom Sokira is a Managing Partner at Anthem Financial Services. He and his partners focus on servicing retirement plans to help maximize the 401(k) benefit provided to their employees.

    Prior to becoming a partner at Anthem Financial Services, Tom was Vice President at ADP Retirement Services where he led the Investment Services Committee. Tom was responsible for monitoring over $15 billion of 401(k) plan assets representing over 15,000 retirement plans.

    Prior to joining ADP, Mr. Sokira was Vice President at Morgan Stanley.  He headed up all investment initiatives for their retirement plan business.

    Tom lives in Basking Ridge. He’s an active member of the Men of Charity organization, coaches’ baseball & leads the cub scouts in his home town.
