Tomorrow’s leaders are just entering the workforce today, and you need them in your organization to spur innovation and drive business results. Join the discussion to understand the Millennial perspective and gain insight into how they are making career decisions. Learn about the research on future social trends.

What does the Millennial Generation really want and what motivates them in the workplace? Will the tendency of self-centeredness of the so called “ME-ME-ME generation” bring about the end of our organizational culture as we know it, or will these confident twixters/micro celebrities eventually save us all because they are so innovative, nice, open-minded and three steps ahead?

It is said that the Millennials are the first generation that isn’t trying to take over the establishment; they are growing up without one. HR is challenged with an employee population that prefers to interact through a screen and don’t respect nor resent authority.  Are we up to the challenge of managing not only the expectations but also the blessings of this cohort of highly needed innovators with audacious ideas seeking self-realization? Furthermore, we are seeing that to some extent the other cohorts are learning from and adopting what we tend to view as millennial characteristics.

Gain insight into how to tailor your recruiting message to this audience, and learn best practices for successfully retaining and developing these young and entrepreneurial employees, who are best know for using their leverage to negotiate much better contracts with the traditional institutions in society they do still join.
