HRMA Princeton Policy on Sponsorships
The primary support of HRMA Princeton comes from its members. Sponsorship fees help defray some of our operating expenses. The purpose of this policy is to provide guidelines for anyone seeking to promote their products or services to HRMA Princeton members and guests. Advertisements and sponsorships are generally limited to HR-related products and services.
Organization Background: HRMA Princeton is the greater Mercer County, New Jersey regional affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). HRMA Princeton has over 100 members, including: HR VPs, directors, managers, generalists, HR-related consultants, and academicians.
The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is the leading voice of the human resource profession. SHRM provides education and information services, conferences and seminars, government and media representation, online services and publications to more than 300,000 professional and student members throughout the world. General Terms and Conditions
- All applications for advertising and sponsorships must be submitted on the Advertising & Sponsorship Form, along with applicable payment, via the HRMA website or mail.
- Submission of the Advertising & Sponsorship Form and payment implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of HRMA’s Advertising & Sponsorship policy.
- All advertisements and sponsorships are reviewed and approved by the HRMA Princeton Board. HRMA Princeton reserves the right to refuse any advertisement and/or sponsorship.
- Written requests for cancellation of an advertisement or sponsorship must be submitted to the Board at least 60 days prior to the event or implementation of the contract in order to warrant a refund.
