ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
What if the fastest path to engagement and leadership impact isn’t fixing what’s broken—but unlocking what’s already working?
In this energizing, hands‑on workshop, HR professionals will become “strengths detectives,” using the Appreciative Coaching Model to surface what energizes and elevates them—and the employees they support. Through interactive exercises, reflective prompts, guided coaching practice, and peer discovery, participants will identify their “positive core”: the unique blend of strengths, values, and capabilities that drives performance and fulfillment.
You’ll leave with a practical framework and ready‑to‑use tools to bring strengths‑based development into everyday HR conversations and talent practices, helping employees contribute at the top of their game.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Explain the Appreciative Coaching Framework (Discovery, Dream, Design, Destiny) and how it accelerates individual growth and engagement.
- Identify their own “positive core” by reflecting on strengths, values, and peak experiences through a guided, hands‑on activity.
- Apply appreciative coaching techniques in HR practice to help employees uncover and use their positive core in performance conversations, talent development, and leadership pipelines.
