We’ll cover the critical eight dimensions — physical, emotional, social, financial, and more — of well-being and their influence on productivity, engagement, retention, and attraction. Gain insights into effective wellness program implementation, cultivating a supportive workplace environment, and integrating technology to enhance well-being efforts. Learn how these strategies can drive revenue growth, improve benefits, and boost organizational recognition. Attend this presentation to learn actionable strategies for future-proofing your workforce and fostering a resilient organization.

    PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:

Implement Comprehensive Wellness Programs: Attendees will be able to design and implement holistic wellness programs that address the eight dimensions of well-being—physical, emotional, social, financial, and more. They will understand how to create initiatives that boost employee engagement, retention, and attraction.

    2. Leverage Technology for Enhanced Well-Being: Attendees will learn how to integrate technology, including artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR), and augmented reality (AR), into their wellness efforts to support and enhance employee well-being. This includes utilizing digital tools and platforms to monitor and promote wellness activities and outcomes effectively.

Drive Organizational Success through Wellness Strategies: Attendees will gain insights into how effective wellness strategies can drive revenue growth, improve employee benefits, and boost organizational recognition. They will learn actionable steps to cultivate a supportive workplace environment that fosters productivity and resilience.

    Quentin Gause, is a former-NFL-player-turned-tech-entrepreneur with a fire for revolutionizing workplace wellness. His journey has taken him from the NFL — playing with the Eagles, Patriots and Broncos — to the heart of innovation in Atlanta. His rich Afro-Latino heritage, with roots stretching from Panama to Miami to Rochester, N.Y., has shaped his world view and sparked his entrepreneurial spirit.
