The Power of Your Interview Presence
Presented by: Ms. Amy Castoro, The Irimi Group
Drawing upon her extensive corporate experience Ms. Castoro offers clients a gentle yet direct approach in identifying fundamental and pragmatic behaviors that lead to improved performance. Her approach centers on embodied learning, where clients are asked to engage in effective actions rather than a theoretical framework. She enables her clients to increase their impact in their organization by more effectively managing commitments, building trust and managing morale. She specializes in high performance team coordination, leadership development, and executive coaching.
Amy has a BA in Organizational Psychology from Adelphi University. She is a Certified Master Somatic Coach through the Strozzi Institute, and has over 20 years of corporate experience, working for companies such as The Walt Disney Company, The Adecco Corporation, and Grant Thornton. She lives in Princeton Junction, NJ, with her husband and two children. She has a passion for outdoor activities, including canoeing, hiking, skiing and vacationing in the Adirondacks. Amy also studies Aikido, a martial art and writes poetry.
