ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
As AI reshapes work at a rapid pace, most conversations focus on tools, automation, and disruption. Far fewer focus on people.
This session explores what it really means for organizations to be “AI‑ready” from a human perspective. Rather than centering solely on technology, it examines how HR and business leaders can build trust, readiness, and resilience in their workforce.
Participants will consider:
- How AI is changing expectations of work, leadership, and culture
- What it takes for employees to feel informed, equipped, and empowered — not sidelined
- How HR can guide responsible adoption that aligns with organizational values
Ultimately, transformation doesn’t happen when new tech rolls out. It happens when people buy in, trust the process, and feel prepared to thrive. This conversation invites HR leaders to think about AI readiness not just as a technical milestone, but as a people, culture, and leadership journey.
ABOUT OUR PRESENTER:
Jay Polaki is the Chief Gecko, a.k.a. CEO of HR Geckos - a copilot for HR Ops! HR Geckos is the only HR Help Desk built by HR for HR, and our AI-powered dashboards and chatbot can’t wait to be your copilot! Jay Polaki brings 25+ years of global experience leading and transforming HR functions across diverse industries. Jay’s mission is to automate HR processes while keeping the human touch and focusing on what matters most—people. Jay loves to read (mysteries like Agatha Christie), grow tomatoes and roses in her verdant garden, swap HR tech stories with global HR leaders on her podcast HR Bytes, solve puzzles and crosswords, and train our chatbot, HRGeckoBot, with her little nephews.
