This program is intended for anyone who interacts with individuals with disabilities in the workplace. It will teach disability etiquette for recruiters, managers, and co-workers. This session will use stories, real life examples, and audience participation to illustrate the value of disability etiquette in a company culture. Participants will learn etiquette that pertains to mental health, physical, intellectual, neurodiverse, learning, and hidden disabilities.

    • The session will focus on ways to make your recruitment process more accessible and disability friendly.
