    ABOUT OUR PRESENTER:

    David H. Nachman, Esq., is a seasoned attorney with over 35 years of experience in Corporate and Business Immigration and Nationality Law Practice at NPZ Law Group, P.C. Holding degrees from Georgetown University (B.S.), Case Western Reserve University (MBA), and Case Western Reserve University Law School (J.D.), Mr. Nachman is a member of the New Jersey Bar, the U.S. Court of International Trade, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

    He has previously served as the Former NJ Chapter Chair of the American Immigration Lawyers’ Association (AILA) and actively mentors AILA members on Business Immigration Law and Employment Eligibility Verification. Additionally, Mr. Nachman has been an Ethics Fee Arbitrator since 2014 and occasionally serves as an Adjunct Professor of Paralegal Studies, specializing in the Immigration Law Module. His extensive experience and commitment to legal education make him a trusted resource for clients seeking guidance in navigating immigration law complexities.
