    ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

    If your company growth is not where you want it to be, it might be the wrong strategy, ineffective sales process, or low levels of service. We don’t know for sure. What we do know for sure is that if you focus on making your people better, your company will be better.

    Your ability to continuously assess, coach and develop your team’s talent is a requirement to scaling a sustainable business. 

    In this session, you will discover how to dramatically upgrade your talent assessment and talent development processes, driving greater team performance, engagement and impact.

    PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:

    1. Understand how to use Talent Density as a critical KPI and leading indicator of growth, fulfillment and impact.

    2. Discover a quarterly talent assessment process that encourages challenge, debate and accountability.

    3. Learn the actions to take to leverage, develop and retain A-players, and how to know whether to coach or cut the cord on under-performers.


    ABOUT OUR PRESENTER:

    Mike Goldman is a leadership team coach, bestselling author of two books, Breakthrough Leadership Team and Performance Breakthrough, and host of The Better Leadership Team Show.
