ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
The ultimate purpose of our organizations is to solve problems and seize opportunities that are known, emerging, and undiscovered for the customers, communities, and markets you serve. This starts with ensuring our leaders and employees can become the absolute best version of themselves both individually and collectively realizing the growth of the organization and themselves at the same time.
However, executive, talent, L&D & HR leaders are being disrupted and impacted at an accelerated rate by the continued shifts in our world and industries we operate in along with an ever-changing competitive landscape. This is yielding more complex problems and new opportunities that we are still trying to understand. The shift is that we must stop trying to manage change and start leading the transformation that truly matters both internally to our organization and people and externally to our customers and marketplaces. We will learn and be able to apply the 5T’s to achieving real transformation in your organization while managing the change necessary.
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
-
Comprehend the underlying causes and intersections of the challenges and disruptions facing your organization and how to respond.
-
Master and apply the framework that integrates your organization’s culture, strategy, and capabilities to enhance discipline in leading and responding to change
-
Foster ongoing alignment, accountability, and adaptability by optimizing your organization’s decision-making and implementation processes
