DESCRIPTION:
To accelerate the hiring process, hiring managers and recruiters clear performance criteria that articulate critical factors of new hire success. However, some organizations may be going nowhere fast because they don’t understand what success in the open position looks like, have inconsistent and decentralized hiring processes, and manage talent acquisition with inadequate technologies.
Join this research-based presentation to learn the screening and selection methods used in today’s organizations and how recruiters and hiring managers make data-driven decisions about candidates.
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
1. Evaluate your organization’s hiring processes for high-volume, position-based, highly-specialized, senior leader, and internal candidates
2. Hear trends and best practices for using technology in recruitment
3. Identify the staff, skills, and training needed for talent acquisition at your organization
