OUR SPEAKER

Kristi Telschow is a true entrepreneur at heart.  After starting her first successful company, Jersey Staffing in 2010, she went on to receive notable and impressive accolades and awards; including recently winning Top 25 Leading Women Entrepreneur in NJ in 2020, being featured in the March 25th, 2013 issue of Forbes Magazine as a Women Business Leader in NJ as well as being nominated by NJBIZ as a 40 under 40 Winner in September of 2013. In May of 2014, Kristi also received the Maroon and Gold Alumni Award from her Alma Mater, Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania. Under Kristi’s entrepreneurship, Jersey Staffing has consistently been voted as one of the top 20 staffing firms in NJ. In 2014 Kristi went on to co-found Morris Technology Partners with Lou D’Angeli and subsequently received a joint award with her partner for Best Management Team and Innovator of the Year, 2018 by NJ Tech Council.  Kristi has not stopped there.  She currently serves as Immediate Past President and VP of Marketing for SHRM for Morris County, the largest HR Chapter in NJ.  In addition to being an accomplished entrepreneur, offering guidance to her staff, customers, and business partners, she is also a philanthropist and continues to look for ways to give back.
