    DESCRIPTION:

    This workshop will be helpful for Business, HR and DEI Leaders and Practioners who have been struggling with assessing their organization's D&I strategy and not knowing what steps to take, or how to implement it locally. From Strategy to Implementation and from Globalization to Localisation, this session would cover various aspects of successful D&I strategy.  A combination of global best practices, case-studies and practical advice to elevate one's understanding of DEI.

    For a truly Inclusive & Diverse workplace: how to foster greater accountability and action for an inclusive work environment and how to bring awareness to systemic biases and micro-aggressive behaviours within the organization, learning the much-needed interventions in policy making, recruitment, governance & accountability.

    1. Learn to measure, manage and improve an Organization's Inclusion & Diversity program

    2. How to build an inclusion strategy for your local offices across the globe

    3. A quick D&I Strategy Assessment to assess the effectiveness of the strategy for all employees and a set of practical D&I metrics

     

    OUR SPEAKER

    Monika is a Certified Coach with 17+ years of multi-industry HR experience in both the emerging and developed markets. She has led various HR leadership roles in India, USA, Italy, Singapore, Dubai, and South Africa supporting the global C-suite leaders.

    Monika is the Founder & Chief DEI Consultant of NeoSeven Solutions with offices in India, Dubai and USA and has a dynamic partner team of senior leaders across the globe.

    She is a Thought Leader in the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Talent Management and Cultural Competence areas. Some of Monika’s projects were presented in the White House in 2016 and 2017. She is a part of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council for 5+ years.

She has also worked on a book called Cultural Agility alongside the distinguished Professor and Author, Dr. Paula Caligiuri.

    Her articles and cover stories have been published in various renowned magazines - the Economic Times, Human Capital, Rutgers, Interact Global, Times of PAMAC, Avtar, MIT, Business Manager, etc.

    Formerly, Monika has worked with Johnson & Johnson, Volkswagen, Merck Pharma, HSBC and IBM. Monika holds a Masters in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University, USA and a Bachelors in Computer Science & Engineering from MIT, India.

    She is passionate about networking, coaching and mentoring, is an avid traveller and speaks 5 languages.
