Your brand is a collection of shared beliefs based on what you represent, influence, and the value you provide to society. Your purpose is core to your brand identity – defining who you are, what you stand for, and the lasting impact you aspire to have on the world.

It is not enough to define your brand purpose and expect organizational leaders to know how to engage employees within their respective roles and functions to achieve your vision. Unless employees know how to bring your purpose to life through the relationships they cultivate and the experiences they deliver, success will be limited.

During this talk, Jason Burnham will lay out a culture design process to drive strategic decisions, align leadership, and facilitate the day-to-day practices to activate employees to  deliver purposeful brand experiences that consistently serve the evolving needs, priorities and expectations of your stakeholders to achieve organizational goals and outcomes, and to realize your brand purpose.

    1. Adopt and apply a holistic organizational change management approach to deliver your company's desired customer and employee experience

    2. Apply design thinking to employee experience and organizational development to ensure strategy realization, brand activation, and operational excellence

    3. Implement a socially responsible cultural development practice to satisfy customers' and employees' evolving needs, values, priorities, and expectations
