Robyn Hatcher is a Keynote speaker and communication expert who has worked for over a decade and  half with leaders and teams in major Fortune 500 companies and financial service organizations. Robyn engages audiences with her Communication Rx - a framework to improve productivity, engagement and collaboration and reduce HR drama. As a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner and a “recovering” actor, Robyn combines engaging, creative delivery skills and the latest neuroscience research to create presentations your audience will love.

For the past 20 years, Robyn has successfully trained and coached thousands of business professionals from Fortune 500 companies and noteworthy brands - UBS,  AXA-Equitable, Alliance Bernstein, Morgan Stanley, Lifetime Television, Jones New York, PayPal, Spotify, Con Edison, Hewlett Packard and many others. She is also a managing partner with Practice Management Consultants, LLC. a consortium of Subject Matter Experts (SME's) geared toward supporting Financial Services Firms on issues relating to Diversity & Inclusion, Sales & Communication, Leadership & Learning as well as Financial Advisor/Financial Insurance Professional's Practice Management.

Robyn was also once a staff writer for ABC’s One Life to Live and All My Children and has been seen on Good Morning America, The List TV, and numerous TV commercials and episodic TV shows. In 2019, Robyn was named by Ewomen’s news as one of the 21 women of the 21st Century. Her book, Standing Ovation Presentations contains a unique communication-style system called ActorTypes.
