    DESCRIPTION:

Organizational Change Management is defined as moving an organization and its
stakeholders from the current state to a future state. The extent to which employees are
ready, willing and able to adopt change is a key indicator of project success.
READY, Set, Change! provides a framework which compliments traditional
organizational change initiatives with an intense focus on advanced preparation and
integrated support. Discover a simpler and faster approach to help individuals and
organizations adopt change and ensure business objectives are met.

    PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:

    1. Recognize how integrating human resource management with organizational change
management creates better outcomes for change.

    2. Describe the benefit of change and develop the change narrative and context.

    3. Use the READY, Set, Change! five-step framework to increase change adoption and
    initiative success.

    OUR SPEAKER

April is an internationally known organizational change management expert who has
implemented transformational change for government, higher education, and corporate
    clients.

As a PMP she became frustrated when projects didn’t include organizational change
management principles and techniques, causing people to suffer through unorganized,
poorly managed change and resulting negativity.

April is President of Springboard Consulting and teamed with other change leaders to
develop the global Standard for Change Management®. She was one of the first to
receive the Certified Change Management Professionals (CCMP™) designation and is a
recognized thought leader for the Association of Change Management Professionals.
