    DESCRIPTION:

This presentation aims to help HR professionals and business leaders understand (i) what makes feedback effective, (ii) how we should deliver it, and (iii) tactical steps to effect and sustain the culture of feedback at work.

Feedback is a powerful tool that develops and retains our employees; however, it is a double-edged sword. When done incorrectly, it can seriously hurt employees’ productivity and morale. We must understand how to share feedback the right way. Using established research and principles, such as growth-mindset, radical candor, and pack mentality, we discuss how to truly enable a culture of feedback at work.

    PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:

    1. What makes feedback constructive? What is the research behind it?

    2. How should we give and receive feedback to maximize impact?

    3. What are the tactical steps to effecting and sustaining the culture of feedback at work?
