Mike Ryan is an industry authority, speaker and writer focusing on the latest trends that impact Workforce Engagement and Sales Incentive Marketing, Mike Ryan has appeared on Fox News, NBC TV and several national radio broadcasts to discuss the impact of employee recognition strategies on enterprise performance. He has been quoted and published in numerous media outlets and is a frequent speaker at industry events.
As head of client strategy for Madison, he has advised many of the world’s leading brands and executives on how to best define and implement program strategies that deliver a higher level of motivational impact for participants, increased planning flexibility for stakeholders, along with the range of financial controls and economic returns that sponsors demand.
Mike is the president emeritus of The Performance Improvement Council (PIC). He was a board member of Incentive Marketing Association (IMA) for 6 years. He was currently an executive-level trustee, board member and chairman of the research committee for the Incentive Research Foundation (IRF). He now serves on the HRO North American Advisory Board.
He holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
