Dealing with thousands of applications for one job opening, fighting the evil office gossip monster, and managing the employee who works just hard enough not to get fired. Sound familiar? A few of your least favorite things? Every year the New Jersey Business & Industry Association gets hundreds of calls about headaches like these. This interactive presentation discusses tried-and-true best practices we’ve suggested to other employers to address these workplace problems and more.

    Our Speaker:

Stefanie Riehl is Vice President of Member Value for the New Jersey Business and Industry Association (NJBIA). In that capacity, she leads the Association’s Member Action Center - a one stop shop providing extensive government contacts, legal and business assistance, and data analytics to 20,000 companies. She also serves as a team leader for the Association with responsibility for managing the development and implementation of NJBIA programs and events.

As an expert on employment and labor issues, Stefanie has been interviewed by the Associated Press, Bloomberg, NJ101.5, the Star Ledger, the Bergen Record, and the Philadelphia Inquirer.
