    In our ever changing world, the tools we use to support and drive our organizations are constantly changing.  Additionally, we want to leverage our existing and legacy tools to the best of their ability to derive meaning from all the data.  This data, aka “big data” is impacted by a number of things and this presentation will discuss how to get the most out of your Talent Acquisition Tools to support meaningful analytics from the ever elusive “big data”.
