    This program will deliver the following:

    • An understanding on the value and return on investment of hiring an executive and business coach to work with your leaders, executives and employees
    • The difference between a personality assessment and an attitudinal assessment
    • Information on the Energy Index and how it measures your level of energy based on your attitude, perception and perspective of the world
    • Understanding of the 7 levels of energy and how they impact outcomes, such as our success in business and career.
    • An exercise on how to create your own business/career mission statement

    Our Speaker:

    Jodi Grinwald is a professional executive, business and connection coach.  She is also a certified Energy Leadership Index – Master Practitioner.  Jodi brings with her a wealth of corporate, entrepreneurial and non-profit experience.  She is passionate about helping businesses hire, train and retrain employees that match the organizations mission and vision.  Jodi was an executive with two non-profit organizations for over 10 years.  She has a background in several different industries, but in all of them she was responsible for leading teams and creating productive work environments, so that employees could thrive and grow.
