    In this highly interactive and engaging keynote, professional speaker and author of “Everyone’s In Sales” Todd Cohen shares how the modern HR professional is needed to participate in creating and building a sales culture and secure our places as contributing members of an organization. According to Todd, individuals and companies that are doing well and seeing excellent sales results are those that have embraced the idea of building sales culture – a set of tools and actions that involves everyone simply by demonstrating that “one doesn’t have to do anything different, but to think differently about what we do.”  This presentation will offer some thought provoking ideas and strategies that we can implement immediately to successfully sell ourselves, and our goals and objectives.

    Our speaker:

    Since 1984, Todd has coached and led sales teams to deliver more than $700 million in revenue for leading companies including Xerox, Gartner Group, Thomson-Reuters, and LexisNexis.

    His book on Sales Culture Everyone’s_In_Sales was published in July 2010 and Todd has hosted his own radio show “Let’s Talk Sales Culture.” He is a professional member of the National Speakers Association, and the president of the NSA Philadelphia chapter, and he serves as chair of the Sales and Marketing group of the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executives Group. Todd is,a regular contributor to the Philadelphia Business Journal, and he also served as Temple University Fox School of Business Sales Executive in Residence.

    As the Principal of SalesLeader LLC, Todd inspires, advises, and builds high perfor­mance sales teams that produce outstanding results. He is a passionate networker and connector of business professionals, entrepreneurs, and professionals in transition. He is the founder of The Innovators Club, a network­ing organization dedicated to advancing technology and entrepreneurship, and co-founder of LinkedIn Live Philly. He has been the co-leader of Career Transitions, a non-profit group dedicated to helping professionals in transition. Todd has been active in the American Cancer Society as well as several other charitable organizations. Todd holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Temple University.
