About The Presenter
Stacey Forrester is a Senior Associate in Mercer’s Regulatory Resources Group in the Princeton, New Jersey office of Mercer Health & Benefits. Stacey consults on healthcare and group compliance issues, including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, USERRA, Health Care Reform, cafeteria plans and other legislative and regulatory requirements. She conducts compliance reviews, advises clients on developing legislation and regulatory guidance, prepares plan documents, and reviews SPDs and vendor contracts. In addition, she educates consulting staff on new legislation. Stacey has been with Mercer for 18 years.
Stacey earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Trenton State College, New Jersey. She has also attained the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation.
