Presented by Dr. Paul Marciano of Whiteboard, LLC

Dr. Paul Marciano, author of “Carrots and Sticks Don’t Work! Build a Culture of Employee Engagement with the Principles of RESPECT” will talk about why traditional award and recognition programs fail, the difference between engagement and motivation, and how increasing employee engagement adds directly to the bottom line.

Since the economic meltdown of 2008, employees have been seen extensive change, have taken on added responsibilities and are working with fewer resources. Dr. Marciano will help employers expand market share, secure customer loyalty, and prepare the most talented members of their workforce for continued growth and success.
