    Workforce Metrics and Analytics

    Presented by:

Presented by Brian Kelly and Safiya Karsan of Mercer Consulting

Human capital analytics have been around in some way, shape, or form for over 20 years; in fact, one might argue that human capital analytics are considered “mainstream” within most Fortune 500 organizations. But are HCM analytics really valued by business leaders? Does finance trust the analysis? Do the analytics really provide insight to, or drive, business performance? The real answer to these questions is generally “no”.

Please join Brian and Safiya for an interactive session where we will demystify workforce metrics, analytics and planning. Participants will come to understand the distinction between workforce analytics and workforce planning, learn what measures to track and how to track them, and review a maturity model for achieving success and sustainability within your own organization.  The discussion will also include real-life case examples of how organizations have transformed their human capital information into actionable information that drove business decisions and created business success.
