The HRMA Healthcare Forum Presents:
What is Population Health Risk Management?
Randi Bauernshub, Northeast Regional Director
Business Health Services
This presentation will highlight trends in employee wellness and health risk management. We will review the three most popular types of programs that employers with 100-500 employees are implementing in the Northeast region. Participants will learn the pros and cons of each solution and be able to determine which style best fits their company’s needs and budget.
There is no “one size fits all” when it comes to designing your wellness program so starting with the end in mind is often the best approach. All 3 types of programs outlined in this presentation are strategic, but each one has a different “WHY”.
Do you know your company’s “WHY”?
