    Kevin Carmelengo

    Principal, Mercer Health & Benefits

Join us for insights on today’s benefit challenges!

    Where does your plan stand?

Hear the results of Mercer’s latest comprehensive Annual Survey of Employer Health Plans, tracking the actions and trends of US employers as reported by nearly 3,000 organizations. Understand your benefits position and learn about employers’ concerns, results and new initiatives.
The top stories touch on health management, consumerism, incentives, federal health reform, and of course, cost.

Join us to learn details on the survey’s findings in these and other critical areas including:

    • The spike in adoption of high-deductible consumer-directed health plans
    • Cracking the $10,000 threshold for average health benefit costs per employee
    • Employers’ top concerns coming from health care reform mandates
    • Evidence of how health management and incentive programs are impacting employee engagement and plan cost

You will once again leave with the facts, ideas, and insights to help your organization succeed in 2012 and beyond!
