Building & Executing a Sustainable Leadership Training Program:

    A Case Study

    Presented by:

    Tim Thomas, Makarios Consulting

You will want to take notes at this presentation! This program provides participants with the step-by-step process for building a rich, sustainable Leadership Training program. This case study of an actual Leadership Training program at a large New Jersey company will include the following elements: initial needs assessment, program development, designing modules to address gaps in leadership skills, skills sustainability, metrics, trainer certification, and implementing a pilot program. The knowledge shared will help you anchor skill development in your company as well as explain how to measure “soft” skills.

    Non-Profit Organization for December

Our supported non-profit for December is HomeFront, the Mercer County organization with the mission to end homelessness in Central New Jersey by harnessing the caring, resources and expertise of the community.

In the spirit of the holidays, please bring a new, unwrapped child's toy or new children's books. While items for all ages (toddlers to teens) are welcomed, the greatest need is for ages 5 - 12.  Safe, sturdy toys are preferred. If your gift uses batteries please consider including batteries with the gift.  If you are crafty, consider knitting/quilting some Christmas stockings or baby blankets.

If your workplace is not having a toy drive, perhaps some of your colleagues would enjoy sending a gift via you.

If you are unable to come to the meeting but wish to provide a gift, please contact Patti Mahar (609-924-2944) to arrange gift drop off.
