    Program Overview

Hot off the presses and just in time for your 2012 budget planning! Please join the HRMA of Princeton and Mercer for an interactive session on compensation and talent management trends in the marketplace.  Our guest speakers from Mercer will share with us the brand-new salary and compensation survey information. Topics will include salary increase and incentive trends, the impact of talent management on business performance, and human capital predictions for 2012.  This session will help HR professionals adjust and design compensation and talent management programs that align with current business strategies, help organizations compete for top talent, and improve employee engagement.
