    About the Speaker

    Patricia Farrell (“Trish”) is a senior attorney in the Princeton, New Jersey office of Mercer Health & Benefits.

    Trish advises employers on income tax, HIPAA, ERISA, ADA, Medicare, FMLA, COBRA, and retiree medical issues associated with health and welfare plan design, reporting, plan governance and administration. She has assisted a number of Fortune 100 companies with HIPAA privacy compliance, state health reform initiatives--and more recently--national health reform.

    Trish has been with Mercer for more than 20 years. She has been a speaker on national webcasts and presented at seminars sponsored by Mercer and other employer-focused organizations.

    Trish graduated from The College of William and Mary in Virginia and received a law degree from Rutgers University School of Law. She is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars.
