About the Speaker
Steven M. Berlin, is head of the Employment and Labor Practice Group at Martin Clearwater & Bell LLP, represents companies and executives in a wide range of issues from hiring through termination, provides counseling and advice, prepares contracts and policies, and aggressively litigates claims in courts, and administrative and arbitral forums.
He has been named to the Super Lawyers list since 2005, is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. Mr. Berlin is a frequent author and speaker employment topics. He is immediate past Legislative Chair for Garden State Council*SHRM, past President of HRMA of Princeton, and active in bar associations and community organizations.
