    About the Speaker

    Todd A. Smick is Senior Lead Consultant at Univers Workplace Solutions.  He is a 1991 graduate of Union College with a BS degree in Geology.  Todd started his professional career as a scientist working on Naval Ship Yard to determine if there was any presence of hazardous waste.  Todd quickly transitioned into the world of Insurance cutting his teeth at Unum in Atlanta, GA as a Group Benefits Sales Representative.  

    Todd’s insurance career has many faces including working though the brokerage/consultant communities as well as directly with large employers.  His top priority has always been to provide best in class solutions and unparalleled customer service via group and individual benefits, Integrated Disability management, FMLA Administration and communication & enrollment solutions.
