The New Job Search: Getting To Know YOU

Presented by: Richard Cialone, Bottom Line Consulting, LLC

A question job seekers continually reflect upon is:  “How can I get people to know how effective I am on the job?”

Mr. Richard Cialone, owner of Bottom Line Consulting, LLC, will explore one strategy to address this question at HRMA’s Careers In Transition meeting on Monday, February 7, 2011 at the Hyatt Regency, Rt. 1, Princeton, from 4:30-5:30 PM.

Rich has 30 years of Human Resources experience with a concentration in staffing and talent management. Beginning his career in the executive search industry, he took a corporate role in 1986 and attained the top HR position for a $2BB engineering & construction firm.  In 1994, he transitioned to consulting, providing strategic and tactical staffing services for clients such as Panasonic, Lucent, Kodak, ABB, and Merck, among others, ultimately forming his current staffing firm, Bottom Line Consulting, LLC in 2005.   Rich maintains his professional development by taking volunteer leadership positions in SHRM, most recently as Executive Director of the Garden State Council.  He has a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences and an MBA certificate from Rutgers University.  A lifelong resident of New Jersey, Rich currently resides in Basking Ridge.

Be sure to ask at the Hyatt’s front desk for the “HRMA Pre-meeting”.
