New Gender Equity Poster Required Beginning January 6, 2014

In September P.L.2012, c.57 was signed into law to require employers with 50 or more employees to post a notice informing workers of their rights for equitable pay and prohibiting gender discrimination.  Please see the Legislative Affairs section for more details on this legislation.
