    Benefits of Sponsorship

The Human Resources Management Association (HRMA) of Princeton is the area’s local affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). SHRM is the leading voice of the human resources profession and has more than 300,000 professional and student members throughout the world. HRMA has over 100 members, including: HR VPs, directors, managers, generalists, HR-related consultants, and academicians.

    1. Targeted Reach. The HRMA provides a targeted audience of Human Resource professionals. We maintain a database of business associates that currently numbers in excess of 600. Our Web site (http://hrma-nj.shrm.org) is linked to and from numerous professional sites, including SHRM, and logs thousands of hits each month. If your target is HR professionals in the northeast, HRMA is the place to advertise. We respect the privacy of our members and business associates and do not sell or barter information contained in our database.
    1. Cost Effectiveness. As a non-profit organization, our business goal is to help off-set our operating costs with advertising, and not to “make a profit.” We operate on a full-volunteer staff; therefore we can charge less than professional publications to reach the same client-side decision maker audience.
    1. Engaged Readers. When people receive our correspondence or view our Web site, they actually review the material because they are interested in or belong to our organization and industry. People in our database want to be on our mailing list; otherwise they request to "opt-out."
    1. Marketing Opportunities. We provide numerous ways to reach our members and guests. On our Web site, advertisers can post a “button” hyperlink to their Web site. We also provide opportunities for “event sponsorships” that let advertisers showcase their product or service at our dinner meetings and seminars. For companies recruiting for HR and OD positions, we post job canvasses that can only be viewed by our membership.
