    ABOUT OUR PRESENTER:

    Stephanie is the owner of The Simplicity Secret, a dedicated life coaching and leadership consulting business. Stephanie focuses on mindset and fulfillment coaching to help clients get unstuck and leadership consulting to empower organizations to foster a thriving, purpose-driven workplace. She also engages audiences with her inspirational speaking on topics like Habits & Goal Setting, Personal Growth & Self-Improvement, and Health & Wellness. Stephanie has a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management, and has earned both her SHRM-SCP and CCP Certifications. She currently serves as the President of Frederick County SHRM, sits on the Maryland SHRM State Council, and is the Chair for the MDSHRM Conference Committee.
