The single most valuable step a leader can take is to understand their own value and leadership style.

Leadership is much more effective when you understand how to leverage your unique personality, communication and leadership identity.

This presentation will explore how best to know yourself and your leadership qualities and how to use those qualities to become a more effective and influential leader.

Robyn will share her proprietary communication style framework called ActorTypes and share tips and techniques for strengthening your leadership skills whatever type you happen to be. You will learn to leverage the strengths of your type while mitigating its weaknesses.

    PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:

    1. Discover your ActorType and how to leverage it. Are you a Hero, Buddy, Whiz Kid or SuperHero?
