    DESCRIPTION:

The presentation will focus on the utilization of social media as a tool for internal
marketing. Talent has a need to be connected to the higher goals of the organization.
Social media outlets allow for quicker bursts of communication and directed strategies in
it. Further, cultural direction is easily and heavily influenced through the best use of
social media, via internet and intranet.

Technology broadens opportunities, but the skillful use of it matters greatly as wrong
moves can have a lasting impact. Consistency in messaging and using the tools
correctly will be explored and specific examples given.
