The future of Human Resources will be built on Leadership. Are you a builder?

The HR leadership, more than any other function in your organization, is in a critical position to have and to maintain a lasting significant impact on your company. Raise your personal performance bar and become an exceptional business professional who works in HR!

The road to becoming an exceptional leader in HR requires hard work, but it can be  traveled more easily by following a plan. One of the ongoing challenges all leaders face is how to elevate their level of performance. During this “hands on” practical presentation, attendees will first review the HR Business Expertise Categories and the desired behaviors that fall under each of these five categories.  We will discuss which habits need to be changed and which skills need to be sharpened and how, in order to elevate their performance as a leader, and learn to be the master of their professional circumstances.

The goal is to help you start to build your own plan, and identify specific actions you as an HR professional can take to position yourself to take a broader role within your company, either in HR or in another operating area.
